Tags are how you create different segments for your Subscriber Lists. A contact can have multiple tags but must have at least one tag in order to receive an email or SMS message.
In the PodOps Connect area of your account, click Tags in the left menu:
Click the ‘Create a New Tag’ button in the upper right-hand corner to open the Tags pop-up.
Enter a Tag Name that clearly defines the contacts you will add to your tag. When ready, click ‘Create’ and your Tag will be ready for use.
