Accepting a Team Member Invitation

Congrats! You’ve been invited by a fellow podcaster to join their account and help manage their podcast. The first step is to look for an email inviting you to join.

The email subject line is: I’m inviting you to join my PodOps Podcast account!

NOTE: Be sure to check your spam folder if you’re not seeing the email in your inbox.

Once you locate the email, open the message and click the JOIN button.

  • If you have a PodOps Hosting account, you’ll use the same username and password to log in as you always do
  • If you don’t have a PodOps Hosting account, you’ll be asked to create a password

Please note, that by accepting this team member role, we also provide you a PodOps Hosting account (if you’re creating a new account) – just in case you decide to start your own podcast.

Access a Team Podcast #

In the upper right corner, click on your name and click the Delegate Access option.

A pop-up will appear with all of the additional podcasts you have team member access to. Click Access Now for the podcast you wish to access.

At the top of the screen, you will always be able to see who you are ‘logged in as‘ when accessing another podcaster’s account. Click Exit Access at any time to return to your account.

IMPORTANT: If you are granted access to the account of a podcaster who has a paid podcast, or a podcast with a promotional code, the paid podcast, and promotional code will not apply to any podcasts added to the new team member’s personal account.
