Activate Podder Analytics #

Begin by clicking on Podcast in the left navigation, and then click the Manage button on any of your active podcasts. Note: Activating Podder Analytics in one podcast will activate the feature for all podcasts (at no additional charge!).

In the left navigation, click on Analytics:

You will see the Podder Analytics block on your screen. Click on View Plans to explore options (If the plans don’t appear, you may need to disable your pop-up blocker):

Choose a monthly or annual subscription. Fun Fact: Annual plans save you 20%! Select your preferred option by clicking Activate. Follow the onscreen payment prompts to complete the subscription setup.

When payment has been successfully processed, you’ll return to the main Analytics screen. Click Connect to establish the connection between your Podcast RSS Feed and Podder Analytics. This step needs to be performed for each of your podcasts individually.

You’ll be asked to confirm you want to establish the connection. Click on Yes:

If successful, you’ll see this screen:

IMPORTANT: It can take 24 to 48 hours for Podder Analytics to begin showing your data.

Until data begins to populate, you will see the message – No data found for the selected time range. You may also see this message if your podcast does not have data for a selected component (report).
