However, it’s essential to understand that as a file hosting service, there are costs associated with storing content on our servers and providing bandwidth to serve your episodes to listeners. Even during periods of inactivity, we continue to incur these costs to maintain your older episodes. We strive to strike a balance between customer satisfaction and sustaining our business operations.

If your payment fails for any reason, you will receive an email notifying you of the problem. Your account will be downgraded to a free account immediately and your episodes will expire within 120 days. Upon expiration, your content will not be retrievable.
Please keep in mind that the free plan only allows up to 2 hours of new content per month, and episodes will be permanently deleted after 120 days.
